My Mentor AI S.r.l. (“My Mentor AI,” “we,” “our”) is a company that develops and provides reliable, interpretable, and controllable artificial intelligence systems dedicated to education and training. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process your personal data when you use our website, the My Mentor AI platform, and other related services (the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies when My Mentor AI acts as the controller of personal data processing, for example when you use the Services as a private user for personal purposes (“Consumer Services”) or as a business customer (“Business Services”).
If My Mentor AI acts as a processor on behalf of business customers (for example, where your School or University provides you with a My Mentor AI account), the customer is responsible for the processing, and we invite you to consult their privacy policy.

Identification and contact details: first name, last name, email address, phone number, account registration data, as well as any user profile data, including your level of education according to UNESCO’s ISCED classification, collected to improve the user experience and personalize content.
Payment information: data necessary to process payments, handled through secure and reliable external providers.
Input and Output: the data you enter into our AI systems (e.g., questions, texts, exercises) and the generated responses (“Output”). If you include personal data or references to external content, these will not be processed.
Feedback: suggestions, ratings, and comments you provide to improve the Services.
Communications: information collected when you contact us, including your name, email, and the content of messages.
Data collected automatically during use of the Services
